#40 - July 25 2005 01:01:37. <@CompHobbyist> though we did make a fake bomb a few days ago <@CompHobbyist> we started with a 17Ah lead acid battery that I found, it has an internal break so it can't be used <+Chronojam|wtf> I made a fake pack of remote-detonateable C3 (the explosive of the future!!) and taped it to Jaime's door down the hall. <@CompHobbyist> then we taped a large electrolytic capacitor to the side and ran a spiraled up red and black wire to a red LED on the top <@CompHobbyist> we put it in the hall outside the jock's door, then asked Lee (the RA) if it was OK to leave it there <@CompHobbyist> he goes "what the **** is that?!" in his annoying whiny constipated sounding voice <+Chronojam|wtf> Damn straight. <@CompHobbyist> and lee goes "it's a bomb" jokingly <@CompHobbyist> the kid says "why did you build a bomb?!?" and turns around, walks back down the hall to the lounge and tells everyone that there is a bomb in the hall <+Chronojam|wtf> One kid refused to come out of his room... <+Toba> I can just see the fark headline now <+Toba> "Geeks fake bomb threat in dorm, jailarity ensues" Comment: Chronojam and CompHobbyist are roomates in college.
